While growing up in northeastern Ohio Reed and Paul Sutliff were home schooled and played sports like most young boys and graduated with diplomas in the early 2000's.
While growing up in northeastern Ohio Reed and Paul Sutliff were home schooled and played sports like most young boys and graduated with diplomas in the early 2000's.
What makes them unique is that during that time the also work most every day with their Dad and other brothers in a small family owned construction business.

There they learned the values of hard work and how to build things that will not only meet our modern-day building codes, but often exceedingly so with very little cost difference in materials and time to make buildings, barns, decks, additions, and homes that will last through our generations.

While Reed left the company and joined the Marines, Paul was off to the seminary for a bit himself. Returning back home they continued to work on the side as they both worked full time jobs.

Today's demand for good honest construction companies motivated Reed and Paul and they decided to leave their 9-5 jobs and take on their own company full time in late 2020.

Knowing they wanted to always stand by their work and appreciating all the hard-working Dad taught them, they immediately agreed upon the name Sons of Sutliff Construction! SOS Construction for short!
